i too expected Ogier to come here and dominate, most of all because of his Monte record no matter what the car but it hasnt happened, like i said it doesnt mean it wont happen this season.

Evans has had this sudden performance rises int he past too, Corsica 2019 the recent one. im not taking anything away from this weekend, he has been brilliant and i wish he would win.
All in all it's too early to make conclusions, especially because Monte is so special event. Going into a new car shuffles the deck and for Evans it has been a easier/quicker/better fit than for Ogier.

Could also be that Ogier is losing his motivation.
