Why is Tommi still so harsh on Jari publicly? Surely it's better to just lay off a little bit.

Presenters say something like, "Jari must be great for the engineers" because of the detail he goes into analysing everything, and instead of going along with that line of praising, Tommi starts criticising him. "We have to keep reminding him about things, wish he would just focus on driving, could be a lot faster" etc etc...
