My guess is they had technical problems which prevented the live stream from starting earlier

Quite expected times from the top five runners, I was expecting them to be the five fastest cars in the rally

Everybody straight into service, Tänak lost his mirror or piece of front aero already in the first corner against the hay bail

it seems Mikkelsen has been also on the grass like Meeke, both with slow times.#8 Ott Tänak - Martin Järveoja #8

All the teams have a driver with a decent time so far. Hopefully promises another close battle.

Mikkelsen seems to be same place as last year here and same place as Loeb on Corsica. One of the last WRCs.

Which brings me to an alternative theory why Loeb is not starting. They did not manage to find or do changes that would make the car better to drive for them, so Loeb is waiting with his last start and Sordo runs as safe choice. Just like in Corsica except the other way around with Mikkelsen and Loeb.

Like 6th place, in front of craig breen?

But in 2017 he was 2nd, so he should be capable for something better

Toyota aren't at fault, but being the sole WRC27 maker doesn't work.. The fans view matters if they dont accept a one-sided Championship. Jon is entitled to his opinion and many agree with him....
