I'd guess they had this planned for some time beforehand (at least 2 months). I don't think they could manage to change the rear wing already so if they have to do it afterwards before the rally this testing might have limited value. (though I guess dampers are the main focus right now)

cant you see from the vid the wing is from both sides 3cm smaller now?

Discussions wit the FIA, especially Malcolm Wilson. And if ihe cant commit his Team (M-Sporti) to build a WRC27 car (nor Hyundai) due to limited time, maybe an extension to Rally1. Otherwise...
