 Also Hyundai motorsport and its social media at the back. It is a test car and they just didn't bother...won't be slower.

 Mikkelsen drove a test car, but Breen use really old chassis which not compete since 2017. I really hope that Breen get new car for Finland. And this #4 chassis just for getting in used to the car, and if things go wrong - it's not big deal to scrape that chassis

 As I wrote this is bad for Breen in either case. 
 If he drives old spec car in Finland he will probably be a bit slower (though with "upgrades" you never know, Ogier's Finland last year is perfect example).
 If he drives new spec it will be a different car than the one he got used to here.
