He doesn't have to wait until the regroup just before the PS to drop down to come after Tanak in the PS.

You only lose eligibiliy for PS points if you don't take your allocated start time. That is only given at the previous TC.

If you've already dropped 20 places before then, you are still taking your alloctaed start time....

no. If yours time 11:00 , next time - 12:00 and you late on 1st TC by 30min. Next your TC time = 11:30+1:00=12:30
