Kenya will not be a 500km rally. I can tell you first hand. Was born in Kenya and have indirect ties to the organizers of the rally. They don't have enough private land for 500km. Public land is too dangerous and risky. It's basically farm land and fire roads... Mostly smooth roads even better than Turkey. I met two of the main organizers at Rally Turkey last year.
