No, it wasn’t. It was 10 am already on Monday or Tuesday when I checked it.

Official only since yesterday, dont get an argument.

But some pages had from the beginning a error in their time zone calculation, maybe thats why.

eWRC has GMT+1 behind every time but it should be GMT+2, they are still living winter time. (and they should't even use GMT anymore, it's UTC)
