    the blame is on the organizers anyway...Meeke asked for 3 minutes and they denied it.

    Evans will definitely keep the lead have the time back.

    It was in the dust and he did get time back, but he wanted 20s and got like 13. (was Portugal 2017)
    Dust is harder to judge thought when you see "a bit worse" for quite some time.

    Neuville got time back for driving in Latvala's dust but Latvala didn't get time back for driving in Østberg's dust. Latvala even threatened to stop rallying if he doesn't get the time back.

    Rally should've given a 3m gap or Meeke should've been told it was only 2m and he'd have looked out for Evans coming.
