They should. This is not village event. It´s top level WRC, so shouldn´t be decided from such mess.

the blame is on the organizers anyway...Meeke asked for 3 minutes and they denied it.

Rally should've given a 3m gap or Meeke should've been told it was only 2m and he'd have looked out for Evans coming.
