New season started as last one finished. Tänak fastest, Mikkelsen slowest,Ogier rock solid, everyone fighting in the forum. Gotta love it.

Stupid question, but I haven't been following the rules changes lately:

Has the starting order rules remained the same as last year or do the Rally2 guys now start in front again?

Anyone helping me out on that?

He's 1 minute down after 2 stages........ it's ridiculous!

If you look at the results after 2 stage, it only separates 14.4 seconds between numbers 4 and 9 so then everyone after no. 3 must be crap

This is the first time I've heard they have tyre pressure sensors.

So if they do, why are some still checking the pressures manually?

Don't know if they have tyre pressure sensors that measure the psi, maybe just a warning light that tells them they have a puncture.

Yes. Seeing it now Ogier did the only smart thing - stay the hell away from Hyundai. I actually think the i20 can ruin Mikkelsens career. Cant see anyone signing him next year if he keeps going like he did last year. A shame. The guy has proven to be a top driver in the right car.

as a merged group before the other P1 drivers in the reverse order of their position in the classification.

With nearly 1 and a half years experience with this car, 6 full WRC seasons with top notch machinery, he still is slower than a pensioner who just came back from Dakar and only drove the car on a single day before the rally.

If you feel it's an acceptable performance, then it means that we just see things very differently.
