Are any tweaks/ changes to the anti-lag system on the R5 Fiesta published on an official FIA homologation form?

Alleged cheating, alleged advantage. At this point it's nothing more than claims really. And I fully expect this to be less messy in terms proving compression ratio, but just as if not more messy...
