How about that structure:

WRC - main class (WRC car)
WRC2 - support class (R5 car)
ERC, APRC, ARC, CODASUR, MERC, NACAM - regional (R4 car - if it will be any)
JUNIOR CUP - youngsters (R2 car)

Winner gets a seat in higher class car for next season.
