Who said it’s completely over? The organisers claim that in 2020 it will be included in the calendar again. They just said that it will not be done in 2019... Get it now why this article is wrong?

The consistency of WRC1 drivers is underappreciated. Some WRC2 may be higher placed on a single day and perhaps a single rally, but certainly not in a full season
