Technically it wasn't the gearbox that broke, but don't worry. It's kinda sympathetic your guess was close anyway.

This sounds fair to me. Let’s hope it doesn’t happen again, but to avoid situations like this in the future, maybe we could create a “season pick’em” that would be used if something similar happens....
