    I dont know for Hustopece, but organisers of Valasska had agreement with czech TV regarding live from some stages. I think that half a year is enough time to discuss the change, but they didnt want to.

    There are talks about Saaremaa date matching to the possible Tanak participation. That's why organizers don't want/can not move Saaremaa date.

    Hustopeče are also part of Slovak championship. It's likely much more complicated to move two different national championship dates than one.
