No he just threatened not to do any interviews at the next rally. I think eluding to the fact the organisers had made a personal choice to place JML in that position.

Depends also if they start on a four minutes interval or not.

It has at least some effect. Whether it's big or not doesn't change the fact that the order wouldn't be correct.
