    They should just change the penalties to count towards powerstage times on sunday. That way they count towards general classification as well. Problem solved.

    That is correct, but i suppose they can't change the rules in the middle of the season, that way only Ogier would have had a benefit of the current rules.

    Hopefully they will have some rule how to drive through that chicane at the end. Neuville won quite a bit of time by cutting each of the barriers while others have taken it cleanly.
