Probably, but on the gravel rallies the PS is usually re-run of previous stage, so there wouldn't be much difference. Sweden seems to be the exception with historic cars run.

On previous he said that Hankook wet tire is quite ok but now he hit something that with recce tire was ok but not with rally tire. Nothing bad, just explaining the situation.
