Does anybody here know what are differences between canadian rules in rallysport and international one?

I'm aware of two:
1. You can't watch rally event outside one or two designated spectators point, ever.
2. Canadian rally car will never meet homologation specs set by FIA.

and probably many more, but does it really matter?
