It's not certain if the filmer did it on purpose, could be just a misunderstanding between current youtube algoritm and his camera model. Youtube converts EVERY clip sent to it and uploaders shoot it many different codecs, resolutions and frames per second and youtube tries to unify them at some standart which is a subject of constant development. And yeah, this video is definitely unreally faster, if someone can't figure it out from the beginning (exit from corner at 0:18 for example) he should spend 1000 more hours in watching, analyzing and comparing WRC videos.

Has Seb tested on Snowy conditions like the Toyota's, Hyundai's and Evans have so far?
Citroen haven't either (so far) and this Monte looks like it's going to have very tricky conditions again.
