would have been better to take it safe now that Tidemand was uncatchable and Gilbert wouldn't have been faster than him anyway. Instead he was pushing up to Kopecky's split times...

Waiting for the PS....for speculation:
The top 4 drivers in this rally (seemingly) all don't have contracts for next year. There are also (seemingly) 4 seats available.

All day I was expecting Neuville to win the Power Stage but it seems he's lost with his pace (or then he's playing mind games). Could Lappi surprise? Top 4 probably want just to hold their positions. Breen and Evans might give it a go, but Evans seems to be going nowhere today. Latvala probably doing very well.
