    Well don't go off in Finland if you don't like the cheering. It's part of the rally in these areas.

    I am from Finland, so I know all that. But I still don't get it. Why would some one be happy for a mistake.

    They love to watch crashes. Simple as that. I'm not a fan of "professional spectators", but atleast they are really fast to lift you back to the road.

    Latvala's average speed so far is 125.9 kph and the rest of the stages are super fast. Meeke's average speed last year at this point was 124.7 kph.

    Which is not in the rules as a written hard limit - it's arbitrary as per FIA's recommendation case by case.
