    Toyota can test unlimited within Jyväskylä city limits.

    According to the rules, manus are allowed to choose each year just one permanent site where they can test without limitations ( http://www.fia.com/2017-wrc-sporting...glish-28062017 Page 51 of the pdf). Since 2017, that site doesn’t need to be located at the team’s registry country anymore but, most likely, all manus still using a site close to their bases.
