That's nice, but if the handling isn't sorted out it would just tedious IMO...

Looks good.
10-minute stages often get me exhausted, 15-minute segments are going to be hellish for me...These special stages, which are longer than 20 km and last for more than 15 minutes of gameplay, are certain to sorely test the players

Sounds like he is talking about the situation, that Manufacturesr are playing dirty. That it is not possible to win with a private team. Sounds like he was told, that he will not win if in a private...
