Sounds like Citroen are trying to silence the truth (which is- the car is horrendous) and their drivers are paying for it, honestly how come Matton hasn't been sacked yet?

Tarmac rallies are part of the WRC challenge for drivers. And having the Championship in a major European capital city will bring great publicity to the sport there.
