    They are from different cultural sphere - eastern european style! Unfortunately so, same applies for a lot of my compatriots...

    I don't know whats wrong with them, but I think rally specifics cause spectator safety issues - stages are mainly in open fields, there is lack of natural obstacles - rocks, water, swamps and other which prevent spectators from being near road as close as possible or let them spectate from rocks near road, or from hill to see long distance of stage. Maybe there is another causes related with behavior, but landscape isn't very friendly to spectate also + very fast stages, and result is what it is..

    Beside it Poland are very unfriendly in terms to hold fans back from track - mighty open field areas without trees or forest which could serve as some natural barrier.
