Why do Tanak and Ogier have WRT license plates but Evans has a PX?

All M-Sport cars initially have a PX66 D?? for a license plate, but there's just some custom license plates for the M-Sport drivers, it's always WRT 1 for Seb and WRT 2 for Ott (and F10 WRT for Bertelli).
