Of course. As Dimviii already pointed out. There is nothing that special about such sandy surface. Rallies in middle east, in Africa or South America have often similar conditions and it's totally normal to run rallies there.

So on this rally there are cars stopping because the mud is getting in. On the last rally we had cars stopping because the snow was getting in. I think that tells me it isn't the mud or the snow...
