Multiple times he can be seen using his mobile phone, and with no hands on the steering wheel, whilst the car is moving. Don't want to sound like a health and safety bore, but in some countries you'd loose your license for that. Not a great message to be putting out there, especially when the WRC has been on the "Road Safety" campaign.
