you don't have to mention me the 150kg,with these 150kg they were faster at straights.
balance was on your mind only. That's why Vallejo was multiple champion, while now with equal machinery is minutes behind.
I haven't said that EVERYBODY who drove a 911 was slow driver.I was talking from previous year about Vallejo and Burgo, and you said that they didn t have advantage.
of course now who are minutes behind with equal machinery, you remembered that they were also ''other drivers''
yes Vallejo was close fight with fiesta r5,but now with r5 ds3 cant fight.
Nice story,the dragon when comes?
me too I applause these who attack no matter car they driving, but I will not applause a champion with power advantage vs better drivers with slower cars.

...yep! http://www.revistascratch.com/region...-caamano-37113 So, it's still a Evo 1 (chassis 207) and it'll be used by Iago on Galician Rally championship.
Btw, the same site is also saying that Garcia will run spanish gravel rally series (CERT) on a R5 Fiesta, alongside the tarmac series (CERA) he's already competing.Rally addict since 1982

We forgot the Swiss! Pays du Gier Rally (F) was their season debut and Carron managed to impose his Fiesta R5, 23.5s ahead Ballinari, on equal car. Third Swiss was 911 driver Valiccionni, 4th overall: http://www.asadelaloire.com/wp-conte...al-Moderne.pdf

Dear Christ, I thought we were done with the 911 talk...
Actually, that video (another La Tula Sport nice work) is from a classic Asturias SS, the well known Nueva-Labra ( http://www.rallyellanes.com/2016/nueva-labra.asp ). The footage was taken on Llamigo straight, after 800m on full throttle, but if anyone remembered to make a similar video on the more sinuous section, close to Labra, the result would be quite different: probably with the 911 behind the R5 and even the N+. The whole 19.9 stage kms can be seen through this amazing onboard: https://youtu.be/1Za0gkw3tSI?t=82
Yep, what a coincidence! From that precise SS of the 2015 Rallye Villa de Llanes there’s an on-board of Vallejo’s 911. Now, unless anyone is blind, everybody must recognize that these 15m09s (large screen recommended) are a fantastic driving show and a material proof that top 911 drivers weren’t only fast on straights!
Btw, all rally long Vallejo and Yonatan Perez (Fiesta R5) we’re in a close fight for the first place. Vallejo win was only decided on last SS, with a final 8.1s difference, after 160 stage kms ( https://www.ewrc-results.com/results...=21327&s=97017 ). The previous year Fuster easily won the rally in a Fiesta R5, as Vallejo lost big time in one off. But on Nueva-Labra SS Fuster was 7.9s faster than Vallejo on the first pass and 11.2 slower at the second. Numbers that help to realize how balanced the spanish 911 vs S2000/R5 overall match was.Last edited by Rally Power; 24th March 2017 at 17:47.

1. Koči (Fabia R5) 52:21,7
2. Valoušek (Fiesta R5) +7,4 (10 sec penalty for hitting a chicane)
3. Grzyb (Fabia R5) +9,7
4. Ondrej (Fabia WRC) +18,0 (20 sec penalty for hitting chicanes)
5. Majerčák (Fiesta R5) +1:33,0
6. Trněný (Fabia WRC) +1:55,2
7. Melichárek (Fabia R5) +2:07,5
8. Kukučka (Fiesta R5) +2:27,4
9. Gavlák (Evo IX) +3:20,8
10. Drotár (Fabia R5) +3:40,5
Addielson (Fiesta R5) crashed, Semerád sen. had technical issues and retired. Not very often similar situation like here happens where there are two drivers who would win without having any penalty but that's how it is.Last edited by Mirek; 1st April 2017 at 16:55.
