    indeed it's far from definite, could be a person, could be a wheel arch or bumper, your brain can be tricked it's hard to tell from such a low quality screenshots of a video in bad light...

    I'm not sure I see it, but maybe it's because I don't want to see that. I agree that it looks like a pair of legs next to the right rear wheel but I really hope it's some loose part from the car.

    If that report on the article is true than its very damaging for the organizers. According to the belgium driver the victim was there dead for more than 20 minutes waiting on an ambulance.
