Still the facilities issue? Come on, we all know that Makinen was Toyota’s WRC B plan, after brave decision to discard TMG. They’ve kept ’17 as debut year, so there was no time to build new premises. Even if people continues calling ‘barns’ to Makinen’s facilities, they’re more than enough to start the program.
