According to https://www.rallye-magazin.de/wm/art...ueberraschung/ after testing the Yaris and the Fiesta WRC 2017 Ogier claims that both cars are not competitive enough.
A 2017 Polo WRC Qatar Team with Al Attiyah seems to be a possibility.

I lied a bit. There was some wet running at the Barcelona preseason testing l recall. Some teams have wet experience. McLaren, Williams, Aston Martin and possibly Redbull did not do much wet running...
