The more I think about it I will admit it's kind of strange having the Lancer photo up there - but okay it's not ultimately going to make or break the WRC programme.

If it is just a new investor (not a new Promoter) that means they wont be changing anything except financial matters. And yes, the FIA has to decide and approve the Regs.
