The last cars to race in the Monaco Grand Prix with more than a 305 cubic inch (5 liter) engine:
A pair of 331 cubic inch Chrysler engined Allard J2Xs in 1952.
The GP was not a WC event that year.This is my opinion and to the best of my knowledge, that is, if I'm not joking

Maybe if they're lucky, but I think it'll take a lot of work for them to catch the Racing Bulls without Max! :)
