I read this in the Monte Carlo Rally Guide 1:
Does anyone know more about this rule change?The second passage of [La Bollène-Vésubie – Peira Cava], SS 17, will be a Power Stage, allowing the first 5 finishers to clock up extra points (new in 2017).
