So when Ogier wins in Germany from first on the road, will he say it has no value and Ogier shouldn't feel like he deserved it, as he had the best conditions and therefore an unfair advantage?

And if (I think when) Ogier doesn't win in Germany, I wonder what is Capito going to tell us then?

There's no reason to blame the road order if Ogier doesn't win the afternoon stages.
