So is Juho Hanninen, more or less, I don't know exactly..... And he is N1 Toyota driver so far....

I think in some ways it will depend on how much confidence he has in his aero team. If he can leave them to it and only lightly supervise then he can focus on the other aspects. If he can't let go...
