If Bogey times were able to exist for years with out issue then they aren't the problem, the Czech approach as explained by Mirek also will have issues if organisers mess up their speed calculations. A mistake was made, its highly unlikely to happen again, move on folks.
The biggest issue I see on this thread and many more is the mods on this place seem totally disinterested in actually doing anything to allow fair, reasonable and respectful discussion to happen. NOT seems to be able to insult at will, yet when others rise to his bait they've to apologise! Has he got compromising pictures of you all or something? The 'autism insult on this thread IMO is way to far, but its your show, run it how you will...

I NEVER insulted anyone in here in the 14 I participate... NEVER... lying is bad for 5 years olds.... let alone 60.
People just got offended because somehow they consider the Bogey time a good call, and their incompetence at arguing properly escalated this into a social justice warrior gathering... go figure.
If you have any family members that are autistic or you are suffering from it yourself then accept my apologies i did not intend to insult the condition...
Its like calling someone stupid, retard, idiot.

People aren't offended because they like bogey times, they're offended because you keep being offensive in the language you use.

I envy your ability to retain that level of detachment in this situation, clearly I was not able to hold back and said exactly what I thought.
No one asked me to apologise, I just decided to do so.
You are incapable of constructing a proper argument. Using a serious mental condition in the way you did IS insulting. To refer to something as 'autistic' and to 'not intend to insult the condition' displays an incredible level of stupidity. The rest of us come here to discuss MOTORSPORT but you seem determined to do otherwise.
I apologise again to everyone else for lowering myself to NOT's level but ignoring him and trying to stay on topic just was not acceptable any more in my opinion. Hopefully my use of an obscene word and the off-topic fuss caused on this thread will open some of the moderators' eyes to NOT's continued disgraceful conduct.
A further apology for yet still going off topic.

There you go - farcical - You had the answer in your vocab all along.
As for the people who had the idea - brokers not rally organisers. Unfortunately we are in the grip of over-reaction by the FC and insurers to the Jim Clark deaths. Could be that we are watching the end of stage rallying as we know it in the UK.Last edited by Mintexmemory; 9th May 2016 at 21:26.

Seeing BRC principals and organizers working to fix bogie times it’s a clear sign that they’re totally aware of how damaging this can be for the series. Solutions will come out, for sure.
Forest fees raise is another messy issue, but from outside it looks more a political matter than anything else. The Welsh government supports the sport (notably the WRC event), so it’s a total nonsense allow their natural resources body to raise fees in a disproportional way. This week MM’s has a clear view on this: http://digital.motorsportmonday.com/...0-e4f28a3681bb
Hopefully this mess will be quickly set, allowing MSA to continue their fine work, remaking BRC as a top national and international motorsport series. Best luck to them!Rally addict since 1982

The argument of NRW is that the raise isn't disproportionate, it's just to allow them to cover costs...of course there's no telling if have included various other items of standard maintenance in the build up of those 'costs' to get them covered by rallying. That's certainly the kind of practice which I'd condemn completely...but it definitely happens.

When did Tanak slow down in Hyundai? In CER last year he was told not to go flat out in one stage. Hyundai didn't even tell him to let it go in Japan and bring it home for the manufacturer title. ...
