Just wanted to give a big thanks to everyone who watched and shared my video from Rally Sweden, didn't think it would be possible to reach 150.000 views so fast especially since it didn't have as much variation as usual!
Just need a couple hundre thousands more now and my fuel bill for the Impreza STI will be covered, haha!

So they are to present the promotor and FIA with the plan for 2017 by 30 April this year.
They are still only talking of the Värmland county, I think they need to have a backup plan further north. At least with Dalarna, or maybe even Jämtland, that have even more secure winter conditions.
The climate changes is forcing them, and most others that are arranging winter sport. Many of those can use artificial snow, but Rally can not do that, they need the real thing.

They have said in earlier articles that major changes wouldn't be possible for 2017 due to the short time available until the deadline.
They have to find snow safe areas and new stages but at the same time FIA+WRC promoter wants to have it somewhere
where there is good availability for hotel rooms and accommodation.
That is not an easy puzzle to solve, even if I agree that they need to move into western Dalarna at a minimum.Last edited by BleAivano; 20th February 2016 at 19:47.
