I'm going to visit Norway part of rally, SS Rojden and SS Kirkenaer. Can anybody advise me accesible points to see drifting at high speed. Are these 2 stages usually full covered with snow and ice?

Kirkenaer: you will not be disappointed!
That is a spectator favorite, situated on top of the man-made riverbank offering a perfect view over the stage. From there you can see the cars for more than one kilometer, standing on the 3 km long tribune. Snow everywhere! Photo taken 2 years ago from the slope.

    News regarding shakedown and weather:

Have you found a new shakedown stretch:
Yes, we are verbally agreed with the landowners. Now only two signatures before we can go out and tell us where the stretch run. We want to take it in the right order to not end up in the same situation as before. But I can say that even this route is located just over one mil from Karlstad.

    Weather - no storm clouds:
I'm not a bit worried. We had hoped for a thaw which then is followed by severe cold and so be it. From next Wednesday, it will be sustained cooling of between 10 and 15 minus. Dry snow on the roads, we have not taken advantage of. It means only that we are down in the gravel directly.
There is a meter on ground frost Rally route. Now waiting for the organizers only that they be transformed into ice rinks. There is no problem on the route at Färjestad racetrack either. It is enough to water there for four or five days.

Well I sure hope they manage to get those final two signatures. If I was one of those people reading that (and not a rally fan) I might be inclined to hold out for a bit of money.

Looking at the changes in climate in Europe during the latter years, and what is predicted in the years to come, there is time to move north to get more stabile winter conditions.
Maybe, the rally need to go all the way up to Řstersund, where they have https://www.facebook.com/OstersundWinterrally , or even further north to Arjeplog if needed.

Is it to early to have a hint of how the surface will be at the rally and who will be advantaged?

Way too early. In two weeks we can have extreme winter conditions or even gravel roads.
Maybe in one week the picture will be more clear, but still not certain.

Not gonna happen. Road conditions might be better but it is too far from the larger population areas in Sweden and Norway which I think
is the main "base area" from which RS spectators likely comes from. Moving the the rally to Östersund would likelyresult in less spectators, less sponsors and etc.
That is if Österund would be able to find the amount of sponsorship required to just be able to sign the contract.

Look at this map. The encircled area have a population of some 4-5 millions people. But you can also see that the area in-between is sparsely
populated just like the rest of western part of northern Sweden. Trondheim in Norway is a quite big city and Sundsvall and Umeĺ in Sweden are
also quite big (by Northern Europe standards) but apart from that this part of Scandinavia isn't particularly populated.

...Funny how ev'rything was roses when we held on to the guns...
