My WRC2 season 2016 consists of at least 10 rounds in Europe. I will drive Skoda Fabia R5 run by Team Oreca.

I know that is very good for a driver to have stability like Kopecky has with Skoda, but I think he should get a real WRC chance. He is great all-round driver who is fast and consistent. If Skoda wants him to win championships he does it no matter if its ERC, Asia or Czech chamionship. It is just a shame that age plays such an important role. Besides, Kopecky isn't that old to be another Baumshlager or Loix to settle for endless national championships.

I think he would be a better bet than someone like Camili at this stage, but I don't think he will leave Skoda. He will only get a WRCar chance again if VW leave and Skoda replace them, which doesn't look likely anytime soon.

Never in a long time has the feeder series to the WRC represented more opportunity than the WRC2 in 2016.

In 2017 and 2018 there is going to be an even bigger fight for talents. Depending on som X factors I think we can see at least one or two moves by the top drivers. And Toyota will demand two or three drivers. Citroën number two spot is up for grabs depending on how the current proteges deliver.

It is going to be interesting to follow, and I guess some team bosses will follow quite closely too.

Biiiiig fight in WRC2. Not sure how many of that entrylist will be down for WRC2 points but still. Surely most of them. Definitely a treat for those out on the stages (which thankfully I am again this year).

Hopefully a late entry - but then if he was so sure why isn't it already there? Often seems to go quiet with Kruuda these days. I really hope he will be on the final list.

Kruuda´s DS3 R5 is still in the Printsport´s garage. I thought that he will drive also Arctic Lapland before Sweden, but it seems that the situation is different...
