The new R4 kit only outside Europe? What’s the point to create a R4 kit to be used only outside Europe when Australia and New Zeeland have AP4 regulations and South America has the Maxi Rally car? OK, they are not FIA homologated but as far as I understand from the regional sporting regulations (http://www.fia.com/regulations/regul...lltext=&page=1 page 55 APRC and page 66 CODASUR) they are eligible to score points in the regional championships?
