Autosport.pt reports that he used 20 tyres instead of the mandatory 18 previously marked by stewards. Sos, when it's not Breen doing the damage, it's the team... Long gone the times of Kronos Peugeot being the rulers in semi-oficial french cars...

Always hate to see things decided in a steward's office afterwards like this.

sadly is official....
Last minute: Breen demoted from first place to second
Craig Breen (Peugeot 208 T16 R5) has been demoted from first place to second at the 56th Rallye International du Valais. Following a report from the technical delegate stating that Breen used 20 marked tyres during the rally, the Irishman incurred a 2min penalty. As a consequence, Alexey Lukyanuk (Ford Fiesta R5) is the winner of the last round of the 2015 FIA European Rally Championship.

Yes pretty easy to understand but still, if you give something away as a prize that you made and want to promote the virtues of as a great product and they say 'what a bag of sh I don't need this...
