The way i read that Petr, is the time penalty is only placed on car 60 ?

Why would he retire. He is in his prime. I still hope that Tanak and somehow Rovanpera will be back. Now when we have Solberg, Fourmaux and Pajari on verge for becoming next generation wrc title...
