Latvala testing at Corsica new michelin asphalt tyres.
The Volkswagen team spends a day in Corsica today to test the new Michelin tires. In April, it was Sebastien Ogier in Catalonia, this time it's Jari-Matti Latvala who is driving. Michelin provides teams a new asphalt tire from Deutschland, evolution covers both the carcass as gum or sculpture. The temperatures are higher than those currently expected to meet the teams in October for the turn of Corsica but the team still makes this afternoon an endurance test of 50km while Sébastien Ogier and Andreas Mikkelsen enjoy their holidays.

But minimum height is 1270mm, which is around the height of Porsche Cayman and a bit less than 992. Abarth 124 is 3-4 cm lower and Alpine is around 2 cm lower. Both BMW M2 and M4 are aroud 12cm...
