They did that on purpose, as was explained 100 times already. They've fixed it, what else is there to expect?

That was before VW found the underlying cause and used a joker to homolgate a replacement injectors.

That's interesting from technology point of view. I used to run my car on 4 cylinders for a long time and there wasn't terminal damage to it.... Of course the cause wasn't failed injectors, but head gasket, anyway the damage seems similar. But abstracting from the mechanical staff, may be it computer software break down after all..
