I'm not so sure I would bet the house against McLaren and Honda at this point. Remembering this time last year, everyone but Mercedes could hardly keep the cars running, which is about where McLaren is right now after about the same amount of testing and practice.
They will get it right, but it sure isn't going to be this weekend. At best this will be an extended test for them, if they can keep the things together that long, that is.

Hamilton seems to have this under control this weekend. People seemed to think on Medium tyres Mercedes had lost some of its advantage, but in Quali it appeared as big as ever.
Good lap from Hamilton.
Mclaren suck, but I reckon Taz could be right and we could see them move forward over the season.
As for Bottas..... After quali a sub driver cannot come in can they? People calling for Susie Wolff to step in are going to be disappointed I would think.
As far as I remember a driver can't be replaced after starting qualifying.I still exist and still find the forum occasionally. Busy busy

Wasn't she like six seconds off the pace in Barcelona?
That, and does she even have a super license?

From what I've read, and heard on the broadcast, Bollier stated quite emphatically that it wasn't the "zero packaging" but "the ancillaries." were what was causing them to lose track time, so it's a non aero induced prob' but just getting everything to work at once, that is kind of what I got out of it, His English is good, but that freakin' accent seriously affects the proper english enunciation. But I'll cut him some slack, in the interview I saw with the Sky bros. Bollier was like twice as tall as both of them.
