I hope Italian teams are back doing well in CL, our only hope is Juve
since Milan and Inter have decided to be crap forever and Roma could not handle the pressure.

Finally ''my boys" from Liverpool did a great match. 2-1 against Man City.
The 2 goals were superb. And I'm damned happy.......
Now it's time for Arsenal-Everton.
Can't stand any of them.

I'm not very confident about Man Utd getting a top 4 finish. They still have to play Chelsea, City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham, all who are in better form. Hopefully Carrick coming back from injury will be a boost, but they are just not scoring enough goals. Falcao = poor, Van Persie = lost interest, Di Maria = home sick. Rooney and James Wilson look like our two best strikers at the moment. Why did we sell Welbeck?

Great result for the boys, Getting knocked out of Europa seems to have woken them up. If Chelsea win their game in hand, we are closer to 2nd than 2nd is to the top of the table, didn't think I'd be saying that at Christmas.
Plus my 'other' team (Wellington Phoenix) went to Melbourne and beat Victory for the first time in Melbourne, they are now sharing second in the A League, and only 2 points off top spot. (and we beat the Aussies at the cricket World Cup) ahhh life is good.

Your answer is in your own post
Barcelona had a good game v Granada after that loss last week. Suarez keeps on scoring but Neymar's dip in form is a bit worrying. What was best was that Madrid drew vs Villarreal to make it a 2 pt gap again
Penaldo again. 9th this season. Still some people seem to value his goal scoring more than Messi'sTito Vilanova = :champion:

They don't really seem to have the energy to finish top 4. The way they play, to me it's a miracle they are up there right now. They're dull and predictable. I don't know what their plans are but right now Falcao doesn't seem to be worth that kind of money. Of course, they might not buy him in the end and then he goes on and play super well somewhere else.
I don't think Welbeck would have been much help. He's rather mediocre.

BVB is up and running again
. 3-0 against Shalke but it could have been easily 5 or 6.
4 straight wins now and 8 points behind 4th placed Leverkusen

The issue, as always, is money. All the M-Sport drivers need to bring some support. And the Solbergs (like Mikkelsen) dont believe they should pay to drive. The clash with Monster Energy wouldn't...
